This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the rm30 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or using any part of the rm30 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use rm30's services.
These terms apply to all users accessing the platform via web browser, mobile application, or any other digital means. Continued use of the rm30 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use rm30's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are a legally eligible user under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the rm30 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. rm30 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login details.
Personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. rm30 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide valid verification documents may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is completed.
- Use a strong, unique password for your rm30 account.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Rm30 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Any use that violates the law or these terms is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rm30 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate the gaming or betting system.

Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the rm30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Rm30 supports a wide range of local payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on your chosen method. Generally, deposits are processed quickly, while withdrawals may take longer subject to verification requirements.
Important information about transactions that all users should know:
- Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal amounts are subject to limits set by the platform from time to time.
- Any bonus or promotion credited to an account is subject to separate wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved.
- Rm30 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals that require additional verification in the interest of user security.
- Any fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are beyond rm30's control and are the responsibility of the user.

Rm30 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including network outages, server failures, or power interruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the rm30 platform are the exclusive property of rm30 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The rm30 platform may contain links to third-party websites. rm30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access external links at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rm30 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting rm30 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending transactions will be processed in accordance with established procedures.
In cases where an account is closed due to a serious terms violation, rm30 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with suspected irregular activity pending the outcome of an investigation. rm30's decision in such matters is final.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Rm30 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the rm30 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. rm30's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.
